Project included Master Planning and Design of 280,000 sf Service Center on a 20 acre site. The project was completed in two (2) Phases. For Phase I, we began schematic design in May of 1995 of a 24,000 sf renovation, and had the building 100% operational in October of 1995. For Phase II, renovation and tenant improvement was provided for General Stores, Meter Shops, Technical Labs, HazMat space, and Transformer Shops.
